Do you make customised rugs?

Yes, we do custom rug, please contact us through our contact us page and provide as much details you can, like colors, size, design type, material etc. and we will revert you back as soon as possible and arrange a phone call with one of our designing team.

If I share my room picture with you, would you be able to suggest a good rug?

Yes, we can provide some options based on your budget and style.

Do rugs come with a warranty?

We are direct manufacturer and importer of fine handmade rug, and each rug is different, there is no such guarantee because it’s all depends on individual use. However, we do not compromise with quality.
Each rug is checked thoroughly before it is shipped to customer.

Is there a showroom i can visit?

Currently we only have a showroom in Chicago suburbs, please contact us before visit, it’s strictly by appointment only.

What is the return and refund policy?

Buyers can return or replace the item within 14 days of receipt, buyers are responsible for return and shipping.
Items must be returned in original packaging and must be received in proper undamaged condition.
We may charge upto 20% restocking fees if the proper return procedures were not followed.

Do i have to pay for shipping?

Shipping is free in United States unless stated

Can I order swatches before ordering actual rug?

Yes you can order a swatch for $20 and if you decide to order you can return the swatch for refund, in most case we provide discount for the amount you paid for swatch.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

Do online images accurately display the product and colors?

We do our best to take accurate and good pictures of the rug and display the rug as close as possible to the actual color, but colors may look different on individual screen settings.
